Shipping & Delivery Terms:

Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Please understand, first and foremost the lead times involved in your purchase. The shipping times typically take between 4 and 8 weeks depending on demand, model requested, factory capacity and item requested. This is not intended to be a full list. Please have the proper expectation. If at any time after your purchase you would like an update on shipping, please feel free to reach out to us at: support@vitalitysaunastore.com. We will be happy to reach out to the production team to get updates. 

Please note that we will not process payment for your order for 72 business hours. This is intended to give the buyer (you) a period of time to insure that you have placed your order correctly and that all delivery information is correct. It is also intended as a "free look" period, if you will, in case you have changed your mind about your purchase. Please do so within this 72 business hours period. Once we process the payment you will have an additional 7 days to cancel/modify your order. IF YOU CANCEL, WE MUST CHARGE A 5% RESTOCKING FEE TO COVER THE CREDIT CARD CHARGES AND REMOVE THE ORDER FROM OUR PRODUCTION QUE. 

Standard Instructions For Delivery and Shipping:

  1. We will only deliver to the address present on the order. We will assume, since you will have ample time to review your order, that this address is correct. If it is absolutely imperative that the delivery address change you MUST contact us immediately at the following address and state this request, in writing, from the e-mail address in which you made the purchase. Please contact: support@vitalitysaunastore.com and put RE-ROUTE in the subject line. We will address this immediately.
  2. Jammalagne Holdings LLC, aka VitalitySaunaStore.com, will select the methods of transportation. Once your purchase has been completed by our factory and the item is shipped, we will issue you tracking information. Please, after your purchase, allow for a minimum of 4 weeks before requesting tracking information.
  3. On expected delivery date, please make every effort to be available at the stated time/date of delivery. Please have your cellphone with you and the ringer on in the event the shipper will need to contact you. 
  4. Any signator at the address will be considered as an authorized signor. We may, at our discretion, request the shipper to obtain a valid picture ID for both your security and ours. Please have a valid ID with you on delivery day. WE MAY, AT OUR DISCRETION, REFUSE TO DELIVER WITHOUT THIS DOCUMENT. Re-delivery costs will be born by the buyer (you). We take the security of this high ticket item very seriously for your protection.

Delivery Instructions for the buyer (you): 

1.Please insure that the delivery area will be sufficient for the delivery. Your item may be delivered by a standard 26' box truck or possibly a semi-trailer.

2. You are responsible for inspecting the product for any damage that may have occurred in shipping. Additionally, you are responsible for insuring that all items are present at time of delivery. If you notice items not included with your delivery, you must mark those as damage on the Bill of Lading and please, take pictures that clearly identify the damage as well as pictures identifying clearly the product purchased.

3. Please send any information regarding damage or missing items to the following address: support@vitalitysaunastore.com immediately. If damage is present or items missing we will assess on a case by case basis remedy for the stated issues. That could be replacement of items, partial refund or any other acceptable form of mutually acceptable compensation. We fully expect, however, that your delivery will go smoothly and arrive in the expected condition. 

4. All deliveries will be curbside delivery. Our shipper will lower the crate from the truck and leave the item at the curb. Final placement of the item is SOLELY at the discretion and efforts of the customer (you). Some items may offer additional delivery options for additional cost.
