Returns, Refunds & Exchange

Returns, Refunds & Exchange:

1. First and foremost, we will exhaust all possible remedies before offering any type of  Return, Refund or Exchange.
2. Any requests, after fully exhausting all remedy, will need to be made within 30 days of delivery.  Jammalagne Holdings LLC, aka VitalitySaunaStore.com, will make final determination on the acceptance of return. Should we agree to the return, products must be returned in the original packaging. Nothing will be accepted after 30 days. You must have return authorization from Jammalagne Holdings LLC, VitalitySaunaStore.com to initiate a return. We are providing ample opportunity to resolve any issues without the return of product. If resolution can not be achieved, the customer (you) will be responsible for shipping upon return.
3. Please understand that we have policies and procedures in place from start to finish in order to insure you receive your product smoothly and as accepted. Refunds and particularly Returns are a very last resort to remedy damaged or non functioning products. Due to the nature of the product purchased every conceivable issue should be able to be resolved without the need for product return. 
4. All items to this agreement need to be adhered to in order to receive remedy for any damaged or non-functioning equipment.
