Delivery Options

• Scheduled deliveries by appointment, Monday - Friday during business hours.

• Products delivered curbside via our logistics partner with liftgate service.

• Inside delivery available upon request (white glove placement not offered).

Receiving & Installation

• All products are shipped as flatpacks in dedicated OSB boxes with a skid underneath (dimensions include skid).

• Curbside delivery is standard; moving to the final site is the receiver’s responsibility.

• Heavy items may require additional help or equipment.

• Products require assembly; detailed guides are included.

5. Returns, Damage, and Cancellations

• Order Cancellations (Within 24 Hours): 100% refund.

• Order Cancellations (After 24 Hours): 20% restocking fee (discounted if reordered).

• Cancellations Within 7 Days of Ship Date: 50% refund.

• Cancellations After Shipping: Return shipping + 50% restocking fee.

• Returns: Within 14 days if unopened; customer pays return shipping + 50% restocking fee.

• Heaters & Accessories: All sales final.

• Refunds: Processed after inspection.

• Shipping Damage Claims: Must be made within 5 days; note “subject to inspection” on delivery receipt.
